I can't say enough good things about them! They have great food, service, and are incredibly helpful when it comes to the reception timing. Sue is the coordinator and she is great! If you book them you are invited to a tasting at their hall, then a few weeks before you wedding you have a meeting to go over everything about the reception including food choices, linens, how the tables will look, and set up a timeline, you will also have a coordinator for you at your reception. They also contact your other vendors to make sure everyone is on the same page. We got a lot of compliments on our food and they were so helpful to us the entire night!

We just got done meeting with Sue from Michael's Catering. We're sold. I know from experience that their food is great, and now that we found out a ballpark estimate ($10-$17/head and that includes everything), we'll definately be going with them. She is the nicest person and offered us a bunch of advice on stuff other than catering such as flowers and centerpieces. I would highly recommend them if you are looking. She gave us a dozen assorted cookies to take home with us too :) That's always a plus for me!!!!

it includes everything except bar. We are using them as well. China, the waitstaff, linens, cutting the cake (if you go with them), basically everything is included. Their food is amazing as well, especially since it is made from scratch. The taste testing is unbelievable. Sue is very organized also. She helped us set up a timeline of events (even though we are going to change it a little bit), and I feel completely confident using them that our reception will go perfectly because of her organization. I met with a lot of people, Michael's ended up having the best overall price for what all we wanted, and we basically have a wedding planner in Sue as well. HTH!

Finally- Aren't those cookies amazing? If you sign with them, we get more when you meet with her to plan everything out. If you think those are amazing, just wait until you see all the cakes and desserts at the taste testing!!

Actually, the price she quoted me was if we needed a bartender too (which we don't). We also are not getting the cake through them and I asked her if she can still supply people and things for that and she said definately. I honestly didn't ask about their china, it's not something that I care about really. I figure it'll just be your run-of-the-mill white plates.
