Ok, I went to a wedding there last night and promised a review to the girls who were interested in it. I'm going to list the Pros and Cons and you all can decide for yourself what you think!

Pros:
-Nice ballroom for the price
-Food wasn't outstanding, but it was good.
-Room was pretty big
-Front desk staff were FABULOUS, we had a situation and they went above & beyond
-Great rate for rooms if you want guests to stay

Cons:
-Do not have it in the atrium it is WIDE open (they put up cubicle
type walls to make it private, but it is not!)
-They book more than one event in a night
-Wait staff were on our a$$es the second we finished eating clearing the entire table so they could get out of there faster, I said something twice because we still wanted our water glasses & coffee cups. It was annoying.
-The room & set up is pretty non-descript, so you need to go the extra mile
to make it your own (which the couple did not)
-Small dance floor - didn't matter much because not many people were
dancing, but if you had a good DJ you would have a problem
-DH decribed it as "fake nice"... it is a decent ballroom, but you still have kids running around with bathing suits on and all kinds of people hanging out all over the place staring at your guests, etc...

All in all, there wasn't one thing that was really outstanding that would make me have an event there. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't memorable either... it does have potential though and the price is inexpensive.

We had a lot of out of town guest and they loved it here. there is a lot for guest to do when they have down time. the only thing is they don't reserve rooms unless your wedding is there.
