we haven't received our pictures yet but as far as interaction with the company and our photographer, PiNK was great to work with. April, the coordinator, always got back to me within a day whenever i had a question or concern. even though we didn't get to meet our photographer, brenna, until the day of, we hit it off right away and she was so helpful during the whole "where are the flowers" debacle. April will send you a pamphlet to fill out about a month before the wedding. I will tell you that this worksheet not only helped with all the photos we wanted taken but made the last month before the wedding go much smoother than I thought it would. You see, this worksheet covers pretty much everything - from the venue locations & vendors' contact info to a timeline of the reception to your must take phot list - it's like a wedding coordinator but in paper form.
